If you need to update information after a registration has already been completed, you can edit the existing enrollment for a Player Registration, Volunteer Registration, or Team Registration.
This may be needed when you need to:
- Correct a mistake entered during registration
- Update player or volunteer information
- Change registration answers or enrollment fields
- Move someone to a different offering
- Update a team name after registration
Administrators can update enrollment information from the customer's account.
Edit an Existing Enrollment
- Go to: Customers > Account Management > Search
- Search for the name of the person who completed the registration.
- From the search results, click the person's linked name to open their account.
- Select the Enrollments tab.
- Locate the enrollment you want to update and click the pencil icon to edit.
Click Save to apply the changes.
The updated information will now be reflected on the enrollment record.
Update Registration Information
From the Edit Enrollment page, you can update the following information:
Change the Offering
Use the Offering dropdown menu to select a different offering.
Examples:
- Move a participant to a different program
- Correct the selected registration option
Update Enrollment Fields
Update any available enrollment fields with the new information.
Examples:
- Player information
- Volunteer information
- Registration questions
- Custom enrollment answers
Change Team Name
For team registrations, update the Team Name field with the new team name.
Note: If this is for a Team + Roster Registration type, make sure you are editing the team enrollment and not the roster enrollment.
