If your customer cannot sign in, they should click the Forgot Your Password? link.
- They will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
- If the email is not in their inbox, please have them check their spam folder.
- The password reset link sent to their inbox will expire in 2 hours.
- Make sure they are typing the email address and password in correctly.
- Make sure they do not just copy and paste their email address and password because sometimes this (cutting and pasting) adds additional space characters to the email address and password, which makes them incorrect when the customer is trying to sign in.
