TeamSideline has an upgraded architecture for sending emails which gives better delivery of your emails to email recipients. This upgraded architecture has an expense associated with it based on the number of emails sent.  As a result, there are limits to the number of communications that can be sent from a TeamSideline Site depending on the type of Site you have.  The information below describes the email communication quantities that can be sent out from any TeamSideline Site:

• If you have a "Standard Site", then you can send out from your Site A) email communications for up to 100,000 email recipients per 12 month calendar period, and, B) text communications for up to 3,000 text recipients per 12 month calendar period.

• If you have the "Premium Upgrade", then you can send out from your Site A) email communications for up to 250,000 email recipients per 12 month calendar period, and, B) text communications for up to 6,000 text recipients per 12 month calendar period.

Once you have the Premium Upgrade you can purchase additional blocks of 250,000 email communication recipients for $99.  (This option is only available if you have the Premium Upgrade.)

Once you have the Premium Upgrade you can purchase additional blocks of text communication recipients.  (This option is only available if you have the Premium Upgrade.)  Here are the options that are available:

• Texting (3,000 additional credits)   - $39
• Texting (5,000 additional credits)   - $60
• Texting (10,000 additional credits) - $110
• Texting (20,000 additional credits) - $200
• Texting (44,000 additional credits) - $400
