Once all of your enrollments are finished for a season, complete the following steps to update the Concussion Compliance data:
Player Concussion Compliance:
- Run an Enrollment Information report (available under Reports > Report Exports).
- Select Type = Player.
- Select the Program.
- You need two columns in your report:
- Order Date
- Player Id - TeamSideline
- Select Export Type = Excel/Tab Delimited.
- Click the Export button.
- Open the file in Excel and save it as a CSV file.
- Click on Import Data (available under Administration).
- Click on Player Custom Field Import.
- Select the file you created.
- Check Include Headers.
- Select Custom Field = Player CC.
- Check Overwrite Existing Data.
- Click the Next Step button.
- Map the fields.
- Custom Field Value = Order Date
- Player Id = Player Id - TeamSideline
- Click the Next Step button.
- Click the Queue Import button.
- You will receive an email when the import has completed.
- Run the Detailed Roster report to verify the Concussion Compliance data is updated.
Coach Concussion Compliance:
- Run an Enrollment Information report (available under Reports > Report Exports).
- Select Type = Volunteer.
- Select the Program.
- You need three columns in your report:
- Order Date
- Enrollee First Name
- Enrollee Last Name
- Select Export Type = Excel/Tab Delimited.
- Click the Export button.
- Open the file in Excel and save it as a CSV file.
- Click on Import Data (available under Administration).
- Click on Parent Custom Field Import.
- Select the file you created.
- Check Include Headers.
- Select Custom Field = Coach CC.
- Check Overwrite Existing Data.
- Click the Next Step button.
- Map the fields.
- Custom Field Value = Order Date
- Parent First Name = Enrollee First Name
- Parent Last Name = Enrollee Last Name
- Click the Next Step button.
- Click the Queue Import button.
- You will receive an email when the import has completed.
- Run the Detailed Roster report to verify the Concussion Compliance data is updated.
Note: If there are multiple accounts for one person, the Concussion Compliance date will not be updated. You will need to merge the accounts first and run the import again - however, you can always update the Concussion Compliance date manually with their latest order date. This applies to both players and coaches.
