You can create a discount/coupon code for a Program to be used by anyone who enters a unique code or create multiple single use codes. Follow the instructions below for either setup.
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
- Select the Program.
- Go to the 2 Configuration page.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click the Add Coupon button.
- Create a coupon Description.
- Select Offering(s) that the coupon should apply to.
- Determine if you want the coupon to be a percentage or set dollar amount off of the enrollment cost.
- Set an expiration date.
- Choose if you want to use:
- Single Use Codes - select the # of codes you wish to generate and then provide those codes to the individual registrants.
- Multiple Use Code - create a unique code that will apply the discount to anyone who enters it at checkout.
- Determine the Usage:
- One Per Order. Ex) if a parent has 3 children, only 1 enrollment will receive the discount.
- Each Line Item. Ex) the discount is applied to each enrollment on the order.
- Click Add.
Note: Coupons will only apply to the Enrollment cost, not Add Ons.
