Enrollment Fields are used to collect Program specific data during the Registration process. You can use Enrollment Fields to create a File upload option to collect Birth Certificates, Proof of Residency, Physical Forms, etc. Follow the steps below to create the Enrollment Field.
First, create an Enrollment Field:
1. Go to Programs > Configurations > Enrollment Fields.
2. Click Add Enrollment Field.
3. Input the desired data for the new Enrollment Field. Be sure to select File as the Field Type.
4. Click Add.
Then, add Enrollment Field to the Program:
1. Go to Programs > Manage Programs and select desired program.
2. Click on the 2 Configuration tab and scroll down to Enrollment Fields.
3. Click Add Enrollment Field.
4. Input desired data.
5. Click Add.

If you would like to keep track of who has uploaded which files, you can enable Workflows. This tool is ideal for multi-organizational sites that operate under a parent-child structure, allowing for task tracking across multiple Organization's. It allows you to view the status of documentation collected for a player, or by a roster at a time.
