How to show Paid by Check/Cash (or Other):
- From the Admin Site Map, click the Customers tab.
- Search for the desired Account.
- Click on the name of the Account Holder in the search results.
- From the Account Overview page, click the Add Transaction button.
- For Transaction Type, use the drop down to select "Payment-Check" or (Payment-Cash).
- For Amount, enter the desired Amount.
- For Applies To, enter the Amount to Apply for the relevant order.
- Click the Add button.
