How to Receive Copies of Order Confirmations

There are multiple options you can configure to receive an email of the order confirmations place on your site:

How to get Order Receipts for a specific Program:

  • Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
  • Select desired Program.
  • Go to the 1 Setup page.
  • For Order Copy To, enter the Email addresses to copy for this Program. (Multiple email addresses can be entered, separated by a comma, up to the size limit of this field.) 

How to get Order Receipts for all Programs:

  • Go to Programs > Configurations > General.
  • For Order Copy To, enter the Email addresses to copy for all Programs. (Multiple email addresses can be entered, separated by a comma, up to the size limit of this field.)

How to get Order Receipts for all Orders (store, program, and facility registrations) on your site:

  • Go to Administration > Configurations > General.
  • For Order Copy To, enter the Email addresses to copy for all store, program or facility registration orders. (Multiple email addresses can be entered, separated by a comma, up to the size limit of this field.)
