There are a few ways you can check which customers have a balance on their account.
- Individual Customer Accounts - Go to Customers > Account Management > Search to look up individual accounts and see the account balance.
- Reporting - Go to Reports > Report Exports > Account Information Report OR Enrollment Information Report. (Make sure to move Account Balance from left column to right column)
- Communication - Go to Communications > Send Communications > Customer Accounts > Accounts With Balance
Send Emails to Customers Owing a Balance
TeamSideline automatically makes a communication list of account with balances.
- Go to Communications > Send Communication.
- For Customer Accounts, click the arrow to expand.
- Select the "All Accounts with Balance" option to send email.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter desired Subject and email Message.
- Click Send Now if you want the email sent out immediately.

Dear [Organization's Name] Participants,
We are reaching out to inform you that there is an outstanding balance on your account. To ensure that your account remains in good standing, we kindly request that you log in to your TeamSideline account and make the necessary payment at your earliest convenience.
How to Pay Your Balance:
- Log in to your TeamSideline account here [Enter Organization Website]
- Click the Red Balance Due button.
- Review your outstanding balance.
- Click Pay Balance
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
