How to Apply Credit towards an Order

If your Organization has provided you with a Credit on your account, you can choose to use it towards any future orders from that Organization using the steps below.

  1. Place order on your Organization's TeamSideline web site as usual.
  2. Enter any required information and proceed to the Checkout page.
  3. On this page, you will need to select the check box for Payment Information "Yes, apply my account credit to this order."
  4. Once this box is checked, the Credit amount will be applied to the cost.
  5. Now that the Credit is applied, you can checkout and pay as usual.
