To setup your Program's Age Validation, follow these steps:

1. Enable your Program to use Age Validation.

• Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
• Go to the 1 Setup page of your Program.
• Scroll down and change the Age Validation Type to Age as of.
• Click the Save button.

2. Add or update your Program Offerings.

• Click the Add Offering button or click the edit icon for each Offering.
• Enter/Edit the needed Offering Configurations.
• For Age as of Date, enter the date that player's need to be within the specified age range.
• For Age Restriction Action, select the desired Action if a Player is not within the specified age range.
  • • Prevent: If a child is not within the Age Range configured, they will not be able to register into that Offering. In fact, they will not see any Offerings as available unless they fit the age restrictions.
    • Warning: If a child is not within the Age Range configured, they will be able to register into that Offering but will get a Warning message. 
    • None: If a child is not within the Age Range configured, they will be able to register into that Offering and will not get a Warning.
• For Restriction Range Type, use the drop down to select Age or Date.
• Then for Age Restriction, enter either the desired Ages or Birth Dates the players must fall between.
  Examples:
  If the ages for an Offering are 5-6 Year Olds, enter 5 and 7 since the restriction is from 5 up to 6.
  If the Offering ages are 8-9, enter 8 and 10
  If the Offering ages are 11-13, enter 11 and 14.
• Click the Save button.
