This process is for USA Softball Leagues wanting us to transfer their data for them to the USA Softball Registration Portals if they are already using TeamSideline. If you are not using TeamSideline, you will have to create your own file and then go to Step 7.

1. Go to the Organization's local TeamSideline site and navigate to: Reports > Report Exports > USA Softball Player Registration Export OR USA Softball Volunteer Registration Export
2. Adjust the Configurations for the Report
   • Type = All Enrollment Types
   • Program = Fall 2027 (Whatever the current program is)
   • Date Range = Custom (Select the appropriate date range)
   • Enrollment Status = Accepted Enrollments
3. Export the Report
4. Type Ctrl+F and find all , and replace with a space, then hit Replace All
5. Save File as .CSV File as "League Name Players" or "League Name Coaches"
6. Go to the USA Softball Registration Portal for your Association 
7. Navigate to Administration > Import Data
8. For Players, select the USA Softball Enrollee Import, For Coaches select the USA Softball Volunteer Import
   • File Name = Find the File
   • Program = Select the Corresponding League
   • Associated Org = Select the Corresponding Associated Org
   • Select Next Step
   • Queue Import
9. Check the status of both imports and make sure they were completed.
10. Click the black carrot to make sure the total number of records correctly imported and none were skipped. If any were skipped, pause and figure out why.
11. Go to Reports > Report Dashboards > Invoices
12. Click Generate Invoice
13. Select the correct Associated Org and hit PROCESS.
14. Reply back to ticket that their invoice has been created and can be found in their invoice dashboard.
