If you have the General Ledger (GL) Account functionality defined for your organization, you can even have your Buy Item's linked to those configured GL accounts. For more information on how to define your GL accounts, click here.
To create an Add-On/Buy Item:
- Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items
- Click Add Buy Item
- Input the desired data for the new Buy Item
- For more information, click here
- For GL account, use the drop down to select the desired GL account
- If there are no options in the drop down, click here on how to define your GL account
- Click Add
To add Add-On/Buy Item to Program
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs and select desired program
- Click on the 2 Configuration tab and scroll down to Add-Ons
- Click Add Add-On
- Input desired data
- Click Add
