How to limit the # of Teams/Players in a Program

• Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
• Select desired Program.
• Navigate to the 1 Setup tab.
• Scroll down to the Max # of Enrollments field.
• Enter the Max # of Enrollments for the entire Program.
• Click the Save button.
• Now the system will cap the entire Program based on that Max # of Enrollments number.

How to limit the # of Teams/Players by Offering (Recommended)

• Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
• Select desired Program.
• Navigate to the 2 Configuration tab.
• Click the pencil icon to edit the desired Offering.
• Scroll down to the Max # of Enrollments field.
• Enter the Max # of Enrollments for that Offering.
• Click the Save button.
• Now the system will cap the enrollments on that Offering based on that Max # of Enrollments number.

Note: You can only set the Max # of Enrollments for the entire Program or for each Offering, you cannot set up both.
