How Sharing with Associated Organizations works:
- If you want to share a Game Schedule, Calendar or Workflow from your Site to another TeamSideline Site then
1) you need to follow the steps below to Setup linkage with another TeamSideline site (below) for your Site.
2) the TeamSideline Site you are sharing to will need to follow the steps to Setup linkage with another TeamSideline site (below) if they have not already
3) the TeamSideline Site you are sharing to will be able to follow the steps in Share from another TeamSideline site (below). - If you want to have a Game Schedule, Calendar or Workflow shared from another TeamSideline Site to your TeamSideline Site then make sure both sites have followed the Setup linkage steps, then you can follow the To Share from another TeamSideline site steps.
To Setup linkage with another TeamSideline site:
- Go to Administration > Associated Organizations.
- Under the Define Associated Organizations section, click on the "Add Organization" icon, then type the Organization Name and Short Name.
- Click the Add button to add the Organization to your list of Defined Organizations.
- Contact support@teamsideline.com to update the Linked TeamSideline Site field on your site and complete the linkage.
To Share from another TeamSideline site:
- Go to Administration > Associated Organizations.
- Under the Shared Organizations section, click on the "Link Schedules" icon
across from the organization you want to share the schedules from.
- Click the Add Division button, choose the League, choose the Division, and click the Add button.
- You can also delete divisions by clicking on each
or click the Delete All button.
