When a Division schedule change happens at any of the Locations associated to a list, the Contacts can be alerted if the Division enables it.
How to create a Location Contact List:
- Go to Communications > Location Contact Lists
- Click the Add Location Contact List button
- For List Name, Type in the name of the Location Contact List
- Click the Add Button
How to link Locations to the Location Contact List:
- Go to Communications > Location Contact Lists
- Click the pencil icon next to the desired Location Contact List
- Click the Locations tab
- Click the Add Location button, and use the drop down to select the desired Location
- Click the Save button
- To delete any linked Location, click the red x next to the Location Name
How to add Contacts to the Location Contact List:
- Go to Communications > Location Contact Lists
- Click the Add Location Contact button
- For Contact Name, enter the desired Contact Name
- For Email Address, enter the desired Email Address
- For Phone Number, enter the desired Phone Number
- For Contact List, use the drop down to select the Contact List
