Card Tracking gives Admins the ability to track game suspensions and game card violations (ex. yellow and red cards in soccer) for each player.

How to add a Card to a Player's Account:
- Go to Customers > Account Management.
- Search for the player and select Player's name to access account
- Click the Card Tracking tab
- On the Card Tracking page, click the Add Card button.
- Enter the Date of the card.
- Select the Card Type (Red/Yellow/Blue).
- Select the Program in which the player received the card.
- Use the Notes section to list additional details.
- Click the Add button to save the Card to the players file.
- To delete a Card, Select the red x icon to delete the card.
- To edit a Card, Select the pencil icon to edit the card.
How to Suspend a Player:
- Go to Customers > Account Management.
- Search for the player and select Player's name to access account
- Click the Card Tracking tab
- On the Card Tracking page, Click the Suspend button to Suspend the player.
- Select the Suspension Type from the drop list and click Update to save the suspension to the players file.
- Click the Remove button to remove a suspension.
How to export Suspensions and Game Card Violations:
- Go to Reports > Report Exports
- Under the Customer section, click on Card Tracking Detail.
- Select the Program, the Date Range, and click the Export button to create a report you can view in Excel.
How Players can view their Suspensions and Game Card Violations:
To allow players to view their suspension and/or a game card violation via their customer account, you will need to enable this view using the steps below:
- Go to Customers > Configuration > General.
- Under the Card Tracking Configurations section you have the option to Show Card Page and Show the Card Notes.

Setting Show Card Page to Yes will enable customer to view suspension and card information.
Setting Show Card Notes to Yes enables the customer to view the notes for each card, if Card Page is shown.

- Click the Save button to Save your Changes.
- Once enabled, Players can log into their customer account and go to My Account > Card History and be able to view the details associated with Suspensions and Game Card violations.
