If your organization is using Team Roster registration only to identify the players on each team, you can use the Team Roster process to add players to your roster.
Important: This process is not being used to register your team or collect payments. It is used to identify which players are on your team so your organization can track team rosters.
1. Sign In
- Click the Enroll button for the program you want to register for.
- You will be prompted to sign in.
- New users: Click Not registered? Create a new account and follow the steps to create your account.
- Existing users: Sign in with your account.
- If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.
2. Add the Team Roster Enrollment to Your Cart
After signing in, you will be taken to the Add Items To Your Cart page.
Complete the following:
- From the Enrollee list, select your name.
- From the Enrollment Type list, select General.
- From the Program list, select the appropriate program.
- From the Offering list, select the appropriate offering.
- Click Add Enrollment.
- Repeat these steps if you need to select additional offerings.
- When finished, click Proceed to Checkout.
3. Enter Team Information
On the Team Information page:
- Complete all required team information.
- Click Done at the bottom of the page.
4. Complete Checkout
On the Checkout page, click Place Order at the bottom of the page.
Note: The checkout process is part of the roster enrollment process. Your organization is not using this process to collect payment.
5. Manage Your Team Roster
After placing your order:
- From the Order Confirmation page, use the dark blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Manage Rosters.
- Select your Team Name.
6. Add Players to Your Roster
- Click Add to Roster.
- Add the players who belong on your team.
- When you have finished adding players, click Submit.
Clicking Submit lets the organization know that you have completed your roster. The organization can see which rosters have been Submitted and which have not.
