The American Youth Football (AYF) national organization requires that all AYF organizations upload their player registration/roster information each year. You can complete this by doing the following steps.
1. Go to https://www.myayf.com/ (MYAYF) and login with the appropriate credentials.
2. Go to Member Profile, select Rosters and click on the team name.
3. Click Manage Team. Note: If you don't see the team name you are looking for, you do not have the appropriate credentials and need to contact your conference contact about getting your permissions updated.
4. Click Choose File. Note: The file generated from this process is the file that you will select for this step.
5. Click Upload Roster.
6. Verify all the fields are correct and click Confirm.
7. Players are now uploaded into the team's roster but can be deleted by clicking the red X then Delete Player. Note: If you need to delete the team's whole roster and start over, click Delete Current Roster. Then you can start the upload over.
