There are several ways to view who has registered for one of your Programs. The best option depends on whether you want a quick summary, to view individual enrollments, or to export registration data.
Option 1: Manage Programs Dashboard
Best for: Getting a quick summary of enrollment counts by division.
- Go to Reports > Report Dashboards > Enrollments.
- Click Dashboard Configuration.
- Configure the dashboard to display the information you need. (Click here for specific help on configuring the dashboard.)
- Click Apply.
The dashboard will display a summary of the players registered in your Program, including enrollment counts by division.
Option 2: Enrollments (Recommended)
Best for: Viewing enrolled players and accessing their registration details.
- Go to Programs > Enrollments.
- Filter by the desired Program and Division.
- The results will display all enrolled players. The total number of records indicates how many players are enrolled in that division.
Because you can click directly into an enrollment, this is the recommended option for reviewing participant information.
Option 3: Enrollment Information Report
Best for: Exporting registration data for reporting or further analysis.
- Go to Reports > Report Exports.
- Select one of the following reports:
- Enrollment Information (Youth Registration)
- Roster Enrollment (Team Registration plus Roster)
- Configure the report as needed. (Click here for specific help on configuring this report.)
- Click Export.
The exported report includes the registered players along with other information collected during the registration process.
