Quick counts on Manage Programs
Go to Programs > Manage Programs. For each program:
- Enrollments counts accepted participant registrations (players and adults). Volunteers, sponsors, waitlisted and canceled registrations aren't counted. For Team Registration plus Roster programs it shows teams / roster players, for example 12 / 150.
- Waitlisted counts waitlisted registrations, or shows N/A if the program has no waitlist.
Counts by offering: the program's 6 Dashboard
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
- Click the program's name. The program opens on its 6 Dashboard (4 Dashboard for Youth Camp programs).
What you'll see:
- Enrollments By Date (last 30 days): a chart of participant registrations placed each day, including ones later canceled or waitlisted.
- Enrollments By Offering: Enrollments (accepted), Max Enrollments, Avail. Enrollments and Waitlist Enrollments for each offering, with a total. Max, Avail. and Waitlist show N/A when the offering has no Max # of Enrollments; Waitlist also shows N/A when the waitlist is off. The edit icon opens the offering.
- Recent Enrollments: the 10 latest registrations of any type, with date, type, offering and enrollee. The magnifying glass icon opens the enrollment.
List everyone who registered: the Enrollments dashboard

- The pager above and below the list shows how many records match, and lets you change how many show per page.

Frequently asked questions
Do families who started registering but didn't finish show up?
No. A registration is saved only when the family clicks Place Order at checkout. Items left in a family's cart aren't enrollments, aren't counted anywhere and can't be seen by admins. A cart also doesn't hold a spot.
How do I see who hasn't paid?
On the Enrollments dashboard, compare Item Cost with Paid, or add Account Balance as an additional column. To list every family that owes money, see How to find customers who owe a balance (below).
Can I get an email when someone registers?
Yes. Enter email addresses in Order Copy To and each order confirmation is copied to them. It's on the program's 1 Setup page (that program), on an offering's edit page (that offering) and in Programs > Configurations > General (every program). Separate several addresses with commas.
Why don't the numbers match?
Manage Programs and the 6 Dashboard count accepted players and adults only. The Enrollments dashboard lists whatever types and statuses you choose, and the 30-day chart includes canceled and waitlisted registrations.
If it doesn't work
- There's no Programs > Enrollments menu. Use Reports > Report Dashboards > Enrollments. The Enrollments page on a customer's account shows that family only.
- The program isn't in the Enrollments dashboard's Program list. Archived programs aren't listed there. Use the Enrollment Information report, which lists archived programs under Archived Programs.
- The program isn't in the Enrollment Information report's Program list. Choose a Type first. Programs whose registration hasn't opened yet aren't listed.
- The Enrollments dashboard shows an error page instead of the list. This can happen when one of your additional columns is an enrollment field and the program has two enrollment fields with the same name. Rename one of them in Programs > Configurations > Enrollment Fields, then open the dashboard again. It also happens when one enrollment has two saved answers to the same field; if renaming doesn't help, contact TeamSideline Support with the program's name.
- Names aren't links and there's no Options icon. Your admin role doesn't include the Enrollments permission under customer account management.
- "You must select at least one program.", "You must select at least one enrollment status to include.", "You must select Start and End dates." or "You must select at least one Field before exporting report." Complete the report option named.
- "You can only select a maximum of 200 fields before exporting a report." Remove some fields from Show these fields in this order.
Good to know
- Coaches and other volunteers, and sponsors, are registrations too. Choose Volunteer or Sponsor in Enrollment Type to see them.
- To find families who haven't registered, use the Account Information or Who's Not Enrolled report (see below).
- To move people off a waitlist, open their enrollment from the dashboard and use the Accept tab, or choose Accept Enrollment in the Options menu.
