Need to limit how many shirts you have available to sell? You can configure your inventory levels for your Buy Items/Add-Ons so you only sell what you have.

How to add Inventory to your Buy Item:

• Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items/Add-Ons.
• Click the edit icon for desired Buy Item.
  • • If you need to create a Buy Item, click here.
• Click the Inventory tab and click the Enable Inventory button to enable your Inventory.
• Click the pencil icon to enter how much Inventory you have for the Buy Item.
• Click the Save button.
• Now the system will only allow customers to purchase the Buy Item until it is out of stock.

How to add Inventory for your Buy Item Variations:

• Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items/Add-Ons.
• Click the edit icon for desired Buy Item.
  • • If you need to create a Buy Item, click here.
• For Variation 1, use the drop down to select "Yes"
• For Variation 1, enter in the name of the Variation, for example "Color" or "Size."
• Click the Save button.
• Click the Variation tab to configure the Variations for the Buy Item.
• Once you have set up your Variations, click the Inventory tab.
• On the Inventory tab, click the Enable Inventory button to enable your Inventory.
• Click the pencil icon for each Variation, to enter how much Inventory you have for that Variation.
• Click the Save button.
• Now the system will only allow customers to purchase the Variations that are in stock.
