|---|---|
| Add Program | Starts a new program. |
| Copy Program | Opens a panel to copy a program, archived ones included. Choose the Program, enter a New Program Name, the Program Season (year and season), the Program Duration and the Sport Type, and click Copy. You'll see "Program Copied." The copy brings the offerings, add-ons, enrollment fields and divisions, and it starts hidden, with its division schedules hidden too. |
| Categories | Manages program categories, for example one per sport. With categories, the list is grouped under each category, and programs without one are under None. |

Icons on each row
| Icon | What it does |
|---|---|
| Workflow Visibility | Shows only when the program has a player or volunteer workflow. Green means families see the workflow on their account; red means it's hidden from them. Click it to switch. |
| Toggle Show on Home Page (check box) | A checked box features the program on your website's home page. On an Editor 2.0 website, it also puts the program in a Programs section's standard list. It's the same setting as Show on Home Page on 1 Setup. |
| Toggle Visibility (eye) | Green: the program is listed on your website, and families can register while its Reg Status is Open. Red: it's hidden from your website. A new or copied program starts red. |
| Delete Program (red X) | Deletes the program and its league after you confirm "Are you sure you want to delete Program "(name)" and the associated League?" Grayed out once the program has any registrations. |
| More Options | Opens the program's steps. Youth, Adult and Youth & Adult programs: 1 Setup, 2 Configuration, 3 Preview, 4 Rosters, 5 Team Sites, 6 Dashboard and Assign to Roster. Camps: 1 Setup, 2 Configuration, 3 Preview and 4 Dashboard. |
To change the order of your programs, drag a row up or down. Your website lists programs in the same order, within each category.
The program dashboard
Click a program's name, or choose its Dashboard step in More Options. For how to count and list registrations, see How to View Who Has Registered / Program Enrollments.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Enrollments By Date (last 30 days) | A chart of player and adult registrations placed each day, team registrations included, counting ones later canceled or waitlisted. Volunteers aren't included. |
| Enrollments By Offering | For each offering: Enrollments (accepted only), Max Enrollments, Avail. Enrollments and Waitlist Enrollments, with a total. N/A shows when an offering has no maximum, and in Waitlist Enrollments when the waitlist is off. The edit icon opens the offering. |
| Recent Enrollments | The 10 latest registrations of any type, volunteers included: Enrollment Date, Enrollment Type, Offering and Enrollee. The magnifying glass (View Enrollment) opens the registration; it isn't shown for canceled ones. |
If it doesn't work
- "You cannot show this program because there are no Offerings configured." Add an offering on the program's 2 Configuration page, then click the eye again.
- A warning after you click the eye, such as "You do not have one or more of the following defined for this program: Terms & Conditions, an Enrollment Field, or a Custom Section." or "Please review your Program Duration Start and End dates on the program "1 Setup" page for accuracy." The change is saved. Check the item named.
- The eye and Show on Home Page icons are grayed out. The program's Pgm Status is Closed because its Program Duration has ended; change the end date on 1 Setup. Otherwise your admin role doesn't include Highlight/Visibility/Reorder, which also controls dragging.
- The Delete Program icon is grayed out. The program has registrations, or your role doesn't include Delete. Archive the program instead.
- The program's name isn't a link. Your admin role doesn't include the program Setup permission.
- Categories is grayed out. Your admin role doesn't include Categories. After an admin adds it, sign out and back in to see it right away.
- A program is missing from the list. It's archived (see Programs > Archived Programs), or your admin user is filtered to certain associated organizations or sport types.
- Copy Program shows an error, such as "New Program Name is required.", "Program Season is required." or "The End Date must be after the Start date." Complete the field named and click Copy again.
Good to know
- The counts on this page and the dashboard include accepted registrations only. A canceled registration isn't counted even if its payment wasn't refunded, so payment reports can show more money than the counts suggest.
- Admin users with associated organization or sport type filters see only the programs those filters allow.
- A hidden program isn't listed on your website, but families you send its Program Access link can still register, and admins can still enroll someone with Place Order on the customer's account.
