TeamSideline will implement the next set of 2024 Enhancements in a Release of system changes available to you Tuesday, June 25th. We have highlighted some of the key features and changes, but you may notice other improvements throughout the site thanks to suggestions from Admins like you.

Public Policies
At the bottom of your public TeamSideline site, you will notice a number of policies listed – Terms of Service, Refund, and Privacy and Security. Your site is preloaded with the TeamSideline default policies. If you would like to change any of these policies to reflect something different for your organization, go to Administration > Configuration > Policies. Click on the appropriate tab, make any update to the default policy that is listed there and click the Save button. Want to go back to the original text? Just click on the Revert to Default button.
Reporting Updates
We have made some additions and updates to the following reports:
- Offering “times” (Regular, Early, Late and Volunteer) have been added to the Program Offering Configurations Report. This report provides admins with a list of all selected programs offering configurations. This report is a good way to review the way your programs are setup and make sure they are correct and what you want.
- New Basketball Scoresheet Version 4 available under Reports > Report Viewer. This version includes four quarters with five fouls each, two timeouts for standard play and one timeout for overtime, and if you’ve uploaded your own logo to your site, it will be shown on each page.
- The Cash Flow Detail reports have been enhanced to populate more data in the Source field. This will cut down on the number of unknown transactions thus reducing the number of manual customer lookups that will need to be done by admins.
Canadian Credit Cards
The Payrix Credit Card Payment Gateway has been enhanced to accept credit cards from Canada in additional to US based credit cards. Your customers can add their Canadian Postal Code to the Credit Card Zip Code field in the Payment Information section when they are placing their order.
Payment Plan Communication
More detailed information has been added for payment plan upcoming payment dates. Your customers will see the specific due dates for scheduled payments on both their online and emailed order confirmations. On the email they receive prior to the payment plan transaction date, they will also see a list of upcoming payment plans which include the date and amounts due.
Mail Merge Forms – Deploying to Parents
TeamSideline now has enabled the ability to make Mail Merge Forms (under Reports > Mail Merge) available for the parents of your enrolled players. This will allow your parents to print out the form(s) and sign them if that is something your organization requires – once they log into your site, all they do is click the Print Forms button, select the form and click the Print this page button. To set this up on your site, go to the 2 Configuration page of your program, scroll to the bottom and click the Add Form button to select the form and add it for your parents to access. Content Builder Improvements
In this update, we've made several small but impactful improvements to streamline your experience. We've updated the wording in various sections to make navigation and usage clearer and we've added a fresh selection of templates to elevate your content creation. The most significant change is the relocation of the toolbar from the side to the top, providing a more intuitive and spacious workspace. These updates are designed to improve your experience and make content creation even easier.
ADA Compliance
TeamSideline has been laser focused on bringing all of our sites into ADA compliance. We have been working diligently to check each public, user and team page so that all level A and AA issues have been identified and addressed.
