Introducing: Workflow
You can now track and manage important requirements across players with our new Workflow feature. Use it to oversee Workflow Items like:
Birth date verifications, signed medical releases, report cards, utility bills, or anything else – it’s 100% customizable to what you need.
Additional enhancements include:
- Easily viewing Workflow Status by Team using a Workflow Dashboard report.
- Export Workflow items and status using the Enrollment Export report.
Workflow has the ability for coordinating organizations to create a Workflow that is distributed across affiliated sites connected to them. This means, for example, every affiliated organization can follow the same player certification process — and the coordinating organization can use a Workflow Dashboard Report to get a high-level view of all teams across all affiliated sites.
Coming Soon: Get ready for even more flexibility with additional customization options like, a parent view that includes admin public comments regarding their player Workflow items, Game Check In player validations, support for multiple workflows per organization and, drum roll, … Volunteer Coach Certification tracking using TeamSideline Workflow.

Mobile-Friendly Communication Editor
We’ve added a mobile-friendly rich text editor to your Send Communication tool. The existing editor has been integrated to improve formatting and usability.

Digitally capture signatures on important documents that need to be signed and dated.
Multi-Location Calendar Improvements
Location names in the left column now link directly to open a new tab to the Availability page for each location row on the Multi Location Calendar.
Right clicking an event gives you quick access to “Go to Schedule” and “Swap Teams” options, opening each in a new tab so you can quickly return to the Multi Location Calendar.
*Note that Multi-Location Calendar Improvements can only be added to Premium Accounts.

Custom Notification Lists for Game Changes
Need to notify outside contacts like umpires, city staff, or board members? You can now manage and control who gets alerts about game or field changes—no sign-up process required.
Payrix Settlement Report Enhancements
Payrix Settlement Report Enhancements
We’ve made updates to the Payrix Settlement Reports to give you greater insight into your financials. This improvement is all about making reconciliation easier and more transparent for our busy admins.
What does this mean?
Your settlement reports now include more detailed information, such as chargebacks, returned disbursements, and Payrix adjustments. With these enhancements, you’ll have all the data you need to track transactions, resolve discrepancies, and stay on top of your financials with confidence.
Message Block for Existing Features
A new message block will now appear in your account summary pages to show you which features are currently active—and which are available to explore through our Premium Plans.
Babe Ruth Roster Export
Babe Ruth League admins can now export rosters in CSV format, making it easy to import into the Babe Ruth organization database—similar to our integration with USA Softball and American Youth Football.
Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 9:00pm – 11:00pm (Pacific) on Monday night, March 31st.
