We’ve completely redesigned the Roster Print View on Team Sites with a cleaner, more intuitive layout. Based on your valuable feedback, parent information now appears directly alongside their associated players, creating clear visual connections at a glance. This streamlined design delivers a professional roster report that's easy to read, print, and view on any device.

Smart Picture Roster with QR Code

Your Picture Roster now includes an integrated QR code for instant access and seamless sharing. Perfect for quick roster verification, mobile access, or sharing with team members on the go.

Advanced Workflow Dashboard

Administrators now have powerful new tools to monitor workflow progress for both assigned and unassigned players and volunteers. Leverage the enhanced Workflow Dashboard through Reports > Report Dashboard > Workflows to access sortable columns, advanced filters, and quick action links that make enrollment and workflow management more efficient than ever.

Scheduled Maintenance Window

To implement these enhancements, TeamSideline will be briefly unavailable from 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pacific on September 29, 2025.
