Background Check Prompts for Team Registration Managers
By popular request, Team Managers can now trigger background checks during team registration when configured. This ensures key volunteers complete required screenings upfront, reducing follow-up work for administrators and helping you maintain compliance across all teams.
Workflow Enhancements: Parent Site to Child site Field Sharing
To help eliminate duplicate data entry, the Custom and Enrollment fields can now be shared automatically from the Parent Organization Site to Child Sites within a Workflow. This improvement streamlines the process, reduces errors, and provides participants and admins a cleaner, more intuitive user experience.
Multiple Organization Upgrade: Master Registration Sections
For organizations managing multiple affiliated sites, you can now create Master Registration Sections that you can apply to all the child organizations under a parent org.
This enhancement enables you to:
• Create consistent, standardized registration sections across all related sites
• Create Enrollment Fields that apply universally. *Add-Ons, and Terms Conditions coming next.
Individual Organizations will still be able to supplement sections with their own custom fields, but these improvements create a unified registration experience, improve data gathering for Mail Merges and Workflows, and make ensure all child organizations are collecting the correct information.
Automatic Coach Scoring Resets on Game Reschedule
We’ve improved scoring reliability by updating how the system handles scoring when a game is rescheduled. Now if a game’s date or time is changed while scoring is in progress and the game has not yet been scored, the system will reset the Auto Coach Scoring Status and ensure the scoring email is updated to send out automatically for the newly scheduled game time.
Stat Collection in Auto Coach Scoring
This enhancement allows organizations to collect stats during the Auto Coach Scoring process. This gives teams and organizations a powerful data-gathering tool that captures player performance metrics without requiring any additional steps.
