Choose Team Registration plus Youth/Adult Roster Registration when participants belong to a team or group, but you still need individual enrollment records for each participant. In this setup, a team manager registers the team and roster invitations are automatically sent to players, allowing each participant to complete their own enrollment and payment.
Choose Individual Registration when participants register independently and teams will be created or assigned later by an administrator.
Note: Team Registration plus Youth/Adult Roster Registration is not automatically included in your subscription, if you are interested in adding this feature email us at support@teamsideline.com.
How to create a Team Registration plus Youth/Adult Roster Registration Program:
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
- Click Add Program.
- For Registration Type, select Team Registration plus Youth Roster Registration or Team Registration plus Adult Roster Registration.
- Select the Sport from drop down.
- Click Add.
How to Set up Team Registration plus Youth/Adult Roster Registration Program:
- From the 1 Setup tab, Enter the Program Name.
- For Season, configure for desired Season.
- For Program Description, enter a brief program description.
- For Program Image, click the Remove button to upload your own image or click the image library icon to choose a stock image.
- For Program Duration, enter the date for the first game or practice and the last game date.
- For General Settings, configure as desired.

- Click Save.

How to configure the Registration Process For Players:

- Go to the 2B Roster Configuration tab.
- The Offerings set up on the 2A Team Configuration tab will carry over here. Click the pencil icon to update the Registration Price or Dates.

- For Volunteers, click Add Volunteer to add a Coach option. This will allow Managers to roster Coaches onto their roster.

How to make your Program live:
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs and toggle the red eye to green to make the Program visible.
Troubleshooting Tips:
My players registering onto the roster are not seeing their Team on their add to cart page, why?
>>> This can happen if the email for their account they are using is not the same email that is listed on the roster. Please make sure the email for their account matches the one on their Roster.
My players registering onto the roster are seeing that no programs are available, why?
>>> This can happen when the Registration Dates on the Program's 2B Roster Configuration tab are in the past, you will need to update the dates on the 2B Roster Configuration tab to extend the registration date to allow players to continue registering.
