How do I print my roster or other reports or pages like a schedule page to PDF? or convert a PNG to PDF

To print a roster page or other reports (or pages like a schedule page) to PDF:

  1. Download and install PrimoPDF (it is free) from http://www.primopdf.com. 
  2. When you are on a print view page of the roster, schedule page, or mail merge document, choose the Print option from your Browser -- where you would select a printer you will be able to select PrimoPDF and print a pdf version of the page.
