Some TeamSideline "edit" areas have icons you can use to copy and paste, but the easiest way to do this on a Windows compatible computer is to hold down your keyboard "Control" (CTRL) key (usually in the lower left of the keyboard) in combination with other keys.   Use:

CTRL-C to copy,

CTRL-X, to cut

CTRL-V to paste

This works in any software or application on your computer and will save you alot of time (once you get used to it) if you are used to right clicking to do these functions.
