Modernized Member Pass
Member Passes
We’ve enhanced the TeamSideline Member Pass functionality to provide you with more flexibility -- and to simplify event check-ins. Whether you use Passes as Player Passes, Coach Badges, or something else, this update makes it easier to manage your organization.
What does this mean?
Member Passes have been redesigned to streamline Event Check-ins by allowing organizations to customize the information shown based on your Passes. From validating player check-ins, to event attendance, to volunteer certifications, the flexibility we have built for you saves everyone time and reduces manual tracking efforts. These changes ensure that everyone is certified for your events, with a seamless experience across your organization. Stay tuned for online Passes later this year!
Public View for Your Master Schedule
Master Schedule
We’ve enhanced the Master Schedule to make managing your events even easier. This update is designed to help admins save time and improve scheduling transparency.
What does this mean?
Admins now have a comprehensive view of all games, practices, and events in a single, centralized schedule. For Premium users, we’ve introduced a public-facing Master Schedule page that allows participants, families, and communities to access up-to-date event information in real time. This feature ensures clear communication and eliminates scheduling confusion.
Streamlined Multi-Location Views
Multi-Locations Calendar Update
We’ve enhanced the Multi-Locations calendar to provide more flexibility and customization for admins managing complex schedules. This update introduces an Advanced checkbox option, giving you two ways to view and interact with your calendar.
What does this mean?
You can now toggle between the standard and advanced views based on your preferences:
• Standard View (Advanced checkbox not checked):
o No changes to layout except updating “Game” to G and “Practice” to P for a cleaner display.
• Advanced View (Advanced checkbox checked):
o Simplified display by removing time and location details.
o Reduced font size for a more compact layout.
o Text wrapping ensures that all data is fully visible without being cut off.
o “Game” and “Practice” are updated to G and P for consistency.
This update gives you greater control over how schedules are displayed, allowing you to optimize the view for your needs while maintaining clarity and accessibility.
News Items Get a Modern Look
Standardized News Items
We’ve polished our Content feature to give organization sites a cleaner and more cohesive look. This update focuses on standardizing the appearance of news items, making it easier than ever to maintain a professional site layout.
What does this mean?
Previously, uneven news item sizes could create an imbalance on your organization site. Now, all news items will have a set parameter with consistent box sizes for a more modern and polished design. If the text in a news item exceeds 400px, a scroll feature will automatically activate, keeping the layout tidy while allowing visitors to access the full content.
The best part? This feature will be automatically updated on all sites, so you can enjoy the improvements without any extra effort!
All Registration Types Updated to Team Site Sync
Team Sync – Implementation Complete
We’ve completed the final step in our Team Sync implementation process, bringing even more consistency and efficiency to your organization. This update ensures that all registration types are now integrated with Team Sites, making team management smoother than ever.
What does this mean?
The "Team Roster" registration type is the last to receive Team Sync functionality, so Team Sync is fully implemented! This means that updates made on your main TeamSideline Site—whether it’s roster changes, player details, or other team information—will automatically flow to linked Team Sites. These changes will also sync seamlessly to wherever users access their Team Sites, including the Team Site App, providing a unified, streamlined experience for admins, players, and coaches alike.
Simplified Partial Refund
Partial Refunds – Simplified and Streamlined
Refund management has been one of the top requests from our admins, and we’re excited to introduce improvements to the partial refund process.
What does this mean?
When a participant needs to cancel or modify their registration, admins can now process partial refunds using the same simple, one-step process as full refunds. This update streamlines the workflow for cancellations and ensures clear communication with parents and players, making refund management faster and more transparent.
These enhancements are designed to save time and create smoother interactions for everyone involved!
Payrix Settlement Report Enhancements
We’ve made updates to the Payrix Settlement Reports to give you greater insight into your financials. This improvement is all about making reconciliation easier and more transparent for our busy admins.
What does this mean?
Your settlement reports now include more detailed information, such as chargebacks, returned disbursements, and Payrix adjustments. With these enhancements, you’ll have all the data you need to track transactions, resolve discrepancies, and stay on top of your financials with confidence.
Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 9:00pm – 11:00pm (Pacific) on Tuesday night, January 28th.
After this update, we have another release in a few months with some exciting features inspired by your feedback and requirements. One of them will be our scorekeeping feature -- and lots more. So stay tuned!
