We're excited to announce our latest TeamSideline enhancements, designed to streamline your sports organization management and improve your team experience, will be available on Tuesday, October 28th.
Below are the highlights of the upcoming features: This release includes enhanced Member Pass previews with expanded standard fields, new Enrollment Field archiving capabilities for better organization, and streamlined communication through our focused investment in the TeamSideline App Chat.
Member Pass Preview and Improvement
Admins can now instantly preview a sample of their player pass directly from the Member Passes page without needing to generate an actual pass. The Member Pass preview updates automatically as you adjust your configurations, showing fields, headers, and custom text in real time.
Our Team has also expanded the Member Pass Standard Fields to display the Program Name, and Season/Year, ensuring it's always clear which program the pass is for. This prevents last year’s passes from being used in the current year and makes managing multiple programs easier than ever.
With these updates, customizing and verifying your member passes is faster, simpler, and more accurate, right from the app or browser.
Archive Enrollment Fields
Admins can now archive enrollment fields to keep their setup organized and easy to manage. On the Enrollment Fields page, you’ll see a new eye icon that lets you quickly archive an Enrollment Field as well as a new Archived Field tab to view and restore Archived Enrollment Fields.
When an Enrollment Field is archived, it’s automatically removed from the Active Fields tab, reports, and imports to help in reducing clutter and simplifying the enrollment process. This update helps admins focus on only the most relevant fields while preserving historical data for reference.

Removal of TeamSite Texting Option
We’ve removed the texting option from Team Sites in both browser and in the TeamSideline App to focus on our continued investment in the TeamSideline App Chat feature. The TeamSideline App Chat provides a faster, more reliable, and seamless way to communicate with your teams.
Customers can continue to send emails via their Team Sites, but the real power is in the TeamSideline App, where all your communications are organized in one place.
Scheduled Maintenance Window
To implement these enhancements, TeamSideline will be briefly unavailable from 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pacific on Monday, October 27th.
