How to create Custom Check In Form


Creating Custom Check In Form

  • Go to Schedules > Configurations > Check-In Forms.
  • Click the Add Check-In Form button.
  • Enter Form Name, click the Add button.
  • For Form Instructions, enter the custom instructions and click the Save button. Customers will see the Form Instructions above the Check In questions.
  • To add Questions, click the Add Prompt button.
  • Create the desired Prompt and click the Add button.
  • Now when you enable a Check In, you can select this Custom Form from the drop down.
