Creating Custom Check In Form
- Go to Schedules > Configurations > Check-In Forms.
- Click the Add Check-In Form button.
- Enter Form Name, click the Add button.
- For Form Instructions, enter the custom instructions and click the Save button. Customers will see the Form Instructions above the Check In questions.
- To add Questions, click the Add Prompt button.
- Create the desired Prompt and click the Add button.
- Now when you enable a Check In, you can select this Custom Form from the drop down.
