A Crowdfunding campaign has one donation page that anyone with the link can give on. No program or players are involved. Complete Raise > Configurations > General first, then follow these steps.
Create it
- Go to Raise > Dashboard and click Create Campaign.
- Under Campaign type, choose Crowdfunding.
- Enter a Campaign name, Subtitle, Description (200 characters or fewer), and Goal amount.
- Check the Payment gateway. It starts as your default.
- Set the Start date and End date. The campaign closes at 12:00 AM on the end date, so pick the day after your last day of giving.
- Enter one email address in Copy to. It gets a notice of every donation.
- Leave Raise Campaign Active on to open the campaign on its start date, or turn it off to keep it as a draft.
- Click Add Tier to add suggested amounts between $1 and $10,000, each with an optional What This Gift Funds label. The Allow custom donation amount switch is in the same panel.
- Review the Campaign banner and Thank-you message (200 characters or fewer).
- Set Allow anonymous donations and Show donor list.
- Click Create New Raise Campaign.
Example tiers:
| Amount | What This Gift Funds |
|---|---|
| $25 | A game ball for one team |
| $50 | One team jersey |
| $100 | A full equipment set |
| $250 | A season scholarship for one player |

- Once it's active, click the View Public Page icon and review the page as a donor would.
- Click Copy link on the page and share it by email, social media, and your website.
