You can use services like Facebook Live on your TeamSideline Custom Pages.

Facebook Live is built to be accessible from any web site.  The only criteria is being able to go into an “HTML Mode” on a web page you are working on in a Site.  All of our “Custom Pages” have an HTML mode, so you should be fine embedding Facebook Live or anything else that has embedded html to display in a web page.  Here is a link for help on setting up a Facebook Live feed - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/embedded-video-player/.
