youth player "account" or "order" information such as a player's name, birth certificate, grade validation, medical clearance form -- or other information required for a player certification Workflow process.
your own information as a player or parent, or,
information of another adult on your account.
Note 1: The editable information is configurable by your organization, so not everything from your account or orders will be editable from your account.
Note 2: Editing member account information must be done from a web browser using a PC, Laptop or mobile device (like an iPad).
How to Edit a Member Account
- Go to the TeamSideline web site for your organization. The web site will have the organization logo on the home page.
- Sign In to your TeamSideline account.
- From the My Account menu go to Members.
- Select the edit icon next to the member whose account you want to update.
- Update the necessary information.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
How to Edit Registration/Enrollment Information
- Enrollment information is tied to a specific registration/enrollment so it needs to be updated from the enrollment section.
- Go to the TeamSideline web site for your organization. The web site will have the organization logo on the home page.
- Sign In to your TeamSideline account.
- Click or tap the blue Edit Enrollments button.
- Select the edit icon on the row for the Enrollment you want to update.
- Update the necessary fields.
Tip: There is an Edit tab for editable order information, and, a Photo tab to edit player images. - Click Save to apply the changes.
How to the status of your Workflow Items
Some organizations use "TeamSideline Workflow" to track information for, as an example, information required for player, or coach, certifications. Follow these steps to see the status of your Workflow items.
- Go to the TeamSideline web site for your organization. The web site will have the organization logo on the home page.
- Sign In to your TeamSideline account.
- Click or tap the red Workflow button.
- Click or tap the "Remaining Workflow Items" link.
Result: Workflow Status page displays. Red items are incomplete. Green items are complete. - To edit Member information click the Member name link, or, to edit Registration/Enrollment Information click the Enrollment column edit link.
- When done making changes click Save.
