The Non-Resident Fee feature allows organizations to charge an additional fee to registrants who live outside of their configured boundaries.
Non-resident fees work in conjunction with the Boundaries feature and can be applied at the offering level.
Note: Before setting up a non-resident fee, the Non-Resident Fee feature must be enabled for your site. If the Non-Resident Fee field is not available, contact support@teamsideline.com to have the feature enabled. Once enabled, log out and back in to see the change.
Note: Before setting up a non-resident fee, at least one Boundary must be configured. Click here for steps on how to do this.
How to add a Non-Resident Fee:
- Navigate to Programs > Manage Programs.
- Select the desired program.
- Navigate to the 2 Configuration tab.
- Click the Edit icon next to the desired offering.
- Enter an amount in the Non-Resident Fee field.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for any additional offerings that should charge a non-resident fee.
Note: The Non-Resident Fee is added on top of the standard registration fee.
