If you open a program's 6 Dashboard and notice that some registrants are missing, nothing is wrong with the registrations. The Program Dashboard is a summary view. Its Recent Enrollments table only shows the last 10 enrollments for that program.
What the Program Dashboard shows
- Enrollments by Date graph: Player or team enrollments for the last 30 days. Volunteer enrollments are not included.
- Enrollments by Offering table: The number of Accepted player or team enrollments for each offering, plus available and maximum counts. Cancelled and volunteer enrollments are not included.
- Recent Enrollments table: The last 10 registrants only, including volunteer enrollments. To view or edit one of these enrollments, click the view (spyglass) icon.
Example: If a program has 11 enrollments, the first person who registered won't appear in the Recent Enrollments table. Their enrollment still exists and appears everywhere else.
How to view all enrollments for a program
Use one of these options to see the complete list.
Option 1: Enrollments Report Dashboard (best for filtering and choosing columns)
- Go to Reports > Report Dashboards > Enrollments.
- Click Dashboard Configuration and choose your program, the fields you want to see, and whether to include waitlisted or cancelled enrollments.
- Click Apply.
- If you have more enrollments than fit on one page, change the page size to see them all at once. You can sort by any of the blue column headings. To open a person's account, click their name.
Note: If your program uses individual (player) registration, use the Enrollments dashboard. Use the Team Enrollments dashboard only for team registration programs.
Option 2: Enrollment Information Report (best for exporting)
- Go to Reports > Report Exports > Enrollment Information Report.
- Select the program and any filters you need. To add more fields to the report, move them from the left column to the right column.
- Run the report to export all enrollments for the program.
Option 3: 4 Rosters – Assign to Rosters
Inside the program, 4 Rosters > Assign to Rosters also lists all enrolled players. This is useful when you're placing players on teams.
